Rules and Regulations

YEARLY LEASE

At the request of my insurance company each campsite is now going to be required to sign a yearly lease in addition to our current rules and regulations this lease addresses property and general liability coverage. Since we are a seasonal campground and the sites contain many additional items not supplied by Ideal  Park,  (porches, decks, swings, grills, golf carts, refrigerators etc.) a lease agreement is required.

EACH CAMPSITE MUST RETURN A SIGNED COPY OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT ON OR PRIOR TO APRIL 1ST, 2025.
