2025 SEASONAL RATES

* CAMPSITES - $1600.00 - electric bills additional (0.21/kwh)

* Sewage - Removed weekly ($125.00) otherwise $20.00 fee for dumping or for additional dumps requested. Don't trust your gauges and BE SURE to use enough water to avoid blockages. Please place a can of WD-40 next to your holding tank levers. The "pottyman" will occasionally spray the levers to help keep them lubricated and easy to pull. All broken handles must be fixed. If your sewage valves are under a slide out, they must have extensions for accessibility.

Additional costs: A $50.00 site clean-up fee is required  for  all  new  campers.  If sites are not properly cleaned up for the winter months by the specified time line, this deposit will also defray the cost of park employees cleaning items from decks and trailers.

PAYMENT

* $900.00 MUST BE PAID  on or before March 30, 2025. Free sewage when paid in full ($1,475) on or before March 30,  2025.  No postdated checks will be accepted to receive this discount.  * ALL SITES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY JUNE 30, 2025

New  campers MUST add $50.00 to the above payment amount for site clean up fee

* Campsites must be paid in full  and  annual  lease agreement signed  to get pool passes. POOL TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE YEAR TO YEAR.
